Refunds
Refund eligibility varies by service or event and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Certain offerings, including retreats, events, completed services, or digital content, may be non-refundable due to planning and preparation requirements.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Thryve Co. Fitness reserves the right to enforce cancellation or no-show fees for missed or late-canceled appointments. Any applicable fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
